Bring your cards (Tarot, Angel, playing cards), your crystals, your humor and yourself to Yoga.
I respectfully take Yoga very seriously, and to heart, but there is no reason why we cannot have fun at the same time! This class is a flow class for all levels. We will start by centering/meditation followed by a flow and ending with a beautiful, much deserved Savasana.
Come and spend some time on your mat. Escape into the moment and just be.
Oh, and bring your mat and whatever props you may want!
