Meditative Ecstatic Dance Class

Class is $15 a person. Cash or Venmo due at class.
Profits will be donated to support a nonprofit organization.
Class focus is on meditation, movement and healing.
We will begin with a short grounding and clearing meditation. Your dance will begin as a natural extension of your meditation. We will end as we begun in stillness.
- Please arrive about 10-15 minutes early to get comfortable as we will start at 11am.
- Participation can be dancing, meditation, and/or visually taking it all in.
- No shoes, bare foot is encouraged for grounding.
- There is no talking on the dance floor to allow yourself to release and connect deeper without external distractions.
- The only voice you will hear is DJ Steph’s gentle verbal guidance through the stages of dance.
- Phones are NOT allowed as this is a safe place of self-expression.
- We ask you to be kind to yourself without self-judgement or comparison to others.
- All ages are welcome.
- There are no dance routines or steps to memorize.
- There are no qualifications or experience needed.
- Dress comfortably.
Anyone & Everyone can benefit from conscious meditative dance.
Steph has been a DJ for about 10 years and a Bach Flower Essence Practitioner. Her passion for music and healing come together in this beautiful unique Meditative Ecstatic Dance Class.
