We believe that the healing arts are an important part of today’s world and therefore we have brought it to the forefront of our mission. Our venue is constructed of 150+ year old wood, a powerful source of grounding and healing to help you reconnect to the Earth’s subtle energy. We offer studio time for yoga asana, yoga wisdom, breathwork, Reiki, chanting, drumming, sound healing, body movement, meditation, and more.

If you are new or curious about yoga or auxiliary programs, we welcome you to experience the benefits of the healing arts such as mental calmness, physiological improvements, and evenness of temper, especially in difficult situations.

Bring your mats, pillows, blankets, etc. to make this a wonderful experience. These classes are designed for everyone, beginners to advanced. Our goal at Studio 67 Medford is to bring a new group of people to experience yoga and its benefits.

The cost is $15.00 per person per class, payable in cash or check directly to the teacher. Payment is collected by the teacher at the time of the class.

Create and Relax: De-stress with art!

September 1 • 7-9 pm

All are welcome to join and practice self-care through art making. Self-care promotes overall wellness this includes making and viewing art! Studies show art enhances brain function, raises serotonin levels and promotes an overall sense of comfort.

You will be guided by Toni Pellegrino, an Art therapist who will provide a new beginner friendly, structured art-making experience designed to de-stress! You don’t have to have any art skills to enjoy this class. Instrumental music will be provided to aid in a relaxing environment. Join us and create something beautiful on the inside and out!

Candlelight Yin Yoga Sound Bath Class
