April Mae & The June Bugs will perform new music from their upcoming Halloween EP “Boogie Boo! 3” being released on Friday, October 15th along with their twenty-one song double album set the Boogie Boo! Collection.

If April Mae & The June Bugs reputation has anything to do with it, this concert promises to be a spooky good time! The trio was voted Best Live Band in 2021 by the Courier Post Reader’s Choice awards. Previously voted One of the Best in 2020, 2019, 2018, and 2017. Along their touring travels they’ve performed with Pete Seeger, Rockabilly Hall of Famer J.M. Van Eaton, recorded at Sun Studios in Memphis, and were featured in Jon Miller’s 2016 documentary film on American Roots instruments “Strung Together.”
Justin Nordell, Executive Director of the Philadelphia Folk Song Society called Boogie Boo! “The best Halloween music I’ve heard since Thriller” introducing the trio as they kicked off this year’s Philadelphia Folk Festival.
Boogie Boo! weaves an enchanting spell. Innovative and fun, spooky and mysterious, these songs bring out the best qualities of their signature sound, enjoying airplay on over 100 radio stations in the US and Europe.

With the Whole Hog Café’ and Kings Road Brewing Company located on the first floor of the Feed Mill, concert goer’s can enjoy pre-show treats and libations, and are welcome to bring them to the show, provided any alcohol is closed container.
Studio 67 provides the perfect setting. This historic space rises to a cathedral like ceiling, flaunting it’s bare bones of rustic old wood beams from the 1870’s, with wide open spaces and wood floors perfect for dancing. Seating provided.
Enjoy bewitching storytelling through songs themed around Halloween myths, legends and supernatural tales; pairings of original music and creatively arranged deep vintage obscurities hailing from glimmering bygone eras.
Costuming and masquerading is encouraged, but not required.
