The works of Lisa Prince and Sa’Nai Meredith will be on display along with both artist who will talk about their work.
Lisa Prince. Born and raised in South Jersey, Lisa Prince (The Lazy Artist), is an oil and acrylic painter who spent the last several years turning her mental health struggles into works of art. Using art to shed light on her own depression, heartbreak, and grief, Lisa hopes to inspire others to do the same. Fighting a battle that no one else sees or understands is difficult and winning that fight can feel impossible. Through her paintings, Lisa hopes to show those who do struggle that they are not alone.
Sa’Nai Meredith is a 20 year old self taught artist from South Jersey. Born in Neptune, New Jersey, she has had a burning passion for art since early childhood. Throughout the years she has explored various art styles but has always made Black people her subject matter. Her goal is to show the beauty in blackness through her work. During her spare time she enjoys creating beautiful crochet pieces and listening to music.
