When I am asked for one word to describe myself, I always answer, “Creative.” So when I think of myself as an artist, I do not so much think of a particular media, but the fact that it is in my very soul to be creative.  I can’t think of a time in my life, that I was not expressing myself through written or visual media.

I began oil painting in the late 80’s  and then attended Rowan University in 1994 where I fell in love with printmaking. I  received a BA in Studio Arts and an MA in Public relations from Rowan.I taught Graphic Design at Vineland High School from 2003 to 2022.

I work in many types of media: Oil, acrylic, found object sculpture, digital art, silk scarf painting and photography. I paint portraits in oils, acrylics, and digital. I also paint abstractly and create my own handmade paper and books.

My work has been shown at The Hammonton Arts Center, Medford Arts Center, Perkins Center for the Arts, Philadelphia City Hall Art Show, Philadelphia Center for the Book Members Show, and many more!
