Paint your pet or someone else’s (dog, cat, lizard, etc) and enjoy some snacks and beverages in a fun, low key environment! Appetizers and art supplies provided by the artist and **alcohol is byob** – maybe you’ll buy a growler downstairs at King’s Road or bring some wine! (We will have glass ware and bottle openers) Pets will be pre-drawn for you on canvases and the artist will teach you how to bring it to life with acrylic paint! No pressure, just a fun relaxing two hours!
If you register, you will be asked to email a photo of your pet to firstname.lastname@example.org by 8/8. It is suggested that you choose a photo of your pet’s face/shoulder area rather than the whole body. (If you decide to join us last minute, no worries, we can still accommodate you! Just bring the photo of your pet. Printed out is best). Bring your partner or friends!
Taught by Julia Ranson Mooney, artist in residence at Studio 67 and k-12 art teacher.
*This is an “adult” event and all participants should be over 21 or with a supervising adult.
